Refund Policy

Refund yourself, right here

No email, no waiting for us. Paste your Termy Account ID — in Termy, go to Settings → Pro and click the copy button next to it — and the refund goes through immediately. You don't need to give a reason.

What happens next

• You get the full amount you paid, including any taxes, back on the card you used, through Stripe.
• Your bank or card provider usually shows it within 5–10 business days.
• Pro is removed from your Termy account straight away, and the app goes back to the free features the next time it checks. Everything you made with Termy, like your projects, checkpoints and settings, stays on your Mac.

If the form can't help

Email info@bosphorusdigital.com.tr with your Account ID or the email address you used at checkout, and we'll do it by hand. Using Contact Support… in Termy's menu adds your Account ID automatically.

After 14 days

Purchases older than 14 days aren't normally refundable. If Termy Pro doesn't work on your Mac, contact us anyway: we'll try to fix it, and we'll refund you if we can't. This doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.

Try before you buy

You can use every Pro feature free for 14 days before buying, with no payment details and no automatic charge. Start the trial in Termy → Settings → Pro.
