Terms of Sale

1. Who you're buying from

Termy is made and sold by Bosphorus Dijital Hizmetler A.Ş. ("we", "us"). Contact us at info@bosphorusdigital.com.tr.

We use RevenueCat to manage purchases and Stripe to process payments. Both are well-known payment services. We never see or store your card details.

2. What you get

• Termy (free): the app, with the features listed as Free on our pricing.
• Termy Pro: unlocks the Pro features, including unlimited sessions, split view, checkpoints, usage insights and the workflow toolbar.

Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It includes the updates to Termy that we release, delivered through the app's built-in updater. Updates may add, change or improve features.

3. Free trial

You can try Pro free for 14 days from inside Termy. The trial needs no payment details. When it ends, Termy switches back to the free features unless you buy Pro. You are never charged automatically.

4. Price and payment

• Termy Pro costs $4.99 (USD), paid once. The final amount, including any taxes that apply where you live, is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Your card or other payment method is charged once, when you complete checkout.
• We may change the price for future purchases. That never affects a purchase you've already made.

5. How Pro is delivered

You buy Pro from inside Termy (Settings → Pro). Checkout opens in your browser. When payment completes, Pro unlocks in the app, usually within seconds.

Pro is linked to your Termy Account ID, an anonymous id created on your Mac, shown in Settings → Pro. It isn't tied to your name or email. Pro keeps working when you're offline. To use Pro on another Mac of yours, use "Bought on another Mac?" in Settings → Pro with that Account ID, or email us.

6. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy for how.

7. Using Termy

• Your purchase is for you. You may use Termy Pro on the Macs you use, for personal or work projects.
• Please don't resell, share or publish your Account ID or purchase, and don't try to bypass the purchase check.
• Termy runs coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, OpenCode or Amp that you install yourself. Those tools, and any accounts or fees they need, are provided by their makers under their own terms. Termy doesn't include them.

8. Warranty and liability

We work hard to make Termy reliable, but software can have bugs. Termy is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. Coding agents can change and delete files, so keep backups and use version control. Termy's checkpoints are a convenience, not a replacement for backups.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for Termy Pro. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version shown here, with its date, applies to new purchases. Changes don't take away anything you've already paid for.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the consumer laws of the country where you live.
